ブレットという問題

Unfortumately, Brett is a problem in that wine.

 

This wine is 10 years old and we only felt Brett evolving last year. It can be from two reasons:

1. The wine is unfiltered and Brett population may have reached its critical mass from its original numbers and is now giving problems.

2. Or it may be brought in from corks and this is why it took so long to become obvious.

 

 

May ask you, please, is Brett now too strong on taste? Is the nose cold and a little metallic?
